The inspector will assess both operational and structural issues at your site relating to the current food safety legislation and will provide you with a detailed printed report of issues highlighted and the recommendations to improve and ensure you are legally compliant.

We can conduct a manual audit using your existing records and data sheets. For multi-site clients we use the latest digital pen technology, which records information utilising an infrared camera, a built in image processor and a wireless Bluetooth transceiver.

This information is automatically analysed and the results are fed through to an intranet system allowing you to 'slice and dice' data for different audit functions, such as personnel, brand standards, performance criteria. Third Party Audits:
