Audit App:
Audits are an essential part of compliance, but keeping tabs on which action points have been completed by which manager can be an administrative nightmare. The Audit App can do it all for you. It will automatically prioritise all tasks and track what has and, most importantly, what hasn’t been dealt with. It also allows Head Office to re-instate tasks that have been signed off by managers, if they haven’t been completed to your satisfaction. It creates a suite of tailored reports for all relevant issues, such as legal tables and regional scores, common issues and it can categorise location scores (i.e. red, amber and green). The Audit App is a paperless audit system, each location will have its own dash board and receive live updates. The system can email you with notifications and updates, for example, when actions have not been signed off within an allocated timescale.
