Mark Flanagan Director of Environmental Health BSc MSOFHT MRIPH MRSH PgCert HACCP. Mark is a qualified environmental health officer (EHO) and has over 20 years experience in the food sector. Mark specialises in the hospitality and food manufacturing sectors.

Phil Hughes MBE, MSc, FIOSH RSP. Phil is a Non-Executive Director with 37years experience in occupational health and safety in large multinationals. Phil is a former chairman of NEBOSH, former president of IOSH and currently an ambassador for NEBOSH and a director and trustee of RoSPA.

Richard Jordan Director of IT. Richard was formerly a business and IT consultant and headed up networking systems for a global clinical research organisation. He is highly experienced in information technology.
