Previously this course was referred to as the ‘advanced’ food safety course. Three qualifications have been developed to ensure that the learning is relevant to your specific business requirement. These qualifications provide food business owners, trainers, production managers and hygiene auditors,

CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing
Who needs a certificate?
Managers, supervisors and senior hygiene personnel such as production managers, trainers, owners or managers of food businesses, supervisors, hygiene auditors, shift managers or supervisors. It is recommended that candidates complete the CIEH Level 3 Awards in Food Safety prior to starting this course.
This qualification is also suitable for those wishing to deliver CIEH food safety qualifications as part of their training provision.

The course takes five days to and comprises a controlled assignment and an examination paper both of which are to be completed under examination conditions.
